aka leader get 50 jutsu
aka members get 30 jutsu
missing ninja gets 30 jutsu
Kage get 50 jutsu
anbu leader gets 35 jutsu
anbu get 30 jutsu
jounin get 20 jutsu
chuunin get 10 jutsu
genin get 5 jutsu

Character posts must look like this:
Name: Your name
Village: Your village (Must apply first or leave it blank and fill it in when you get one)
Rank: acadmey student (you can not choose rank)(admins start as Sanin rank not Kage)
Appearence: a discription is nice, but a picture is worth 1k words (or more if there are words in there)
Equiment: You start with none (unless your admin)
Jutsus: None for you! (unless your admin)


stats: (On a scale from 1-10, 10 being the highest. You can only have a 9-10 on one, the rest must be from 1-7 when you start)
