Announcement: How to role play

I have looked at how some of us role play on the forum and its not good.
When we are role playing there should be a minimum of 5 lines no less than that. you can go over the 5 lines giving more details and explaining the situation.

example of a 1 line role playing: Nicks sighs and looks bored...........
That does not count as explaining the situation. If this keeps on happening the role playing wont be fun because people wont understand whats happening.

Example of how to role play properly:
Nick saw his target in front of him, knowing that he would not stand a chance against his enemy. But not being able to do anything wasn't his style, he then formed several hand seals. "Since i know that i don't stand a chance against you i might as well fight to the death". Nick said as he looked at his opponent. "Fire style-fire ball jutsu"said Nick as he aimed his jutsu straight at his opponent hoping that it would be enough to kill his enemy. But Nick knew full well he didn't posses the power to stop him. But he would give his all, it was all about survival now. Nick watched his opponent carefully, trying to anticipate his next move.

Example 2:

Ren arrived at the training ground rather late. He had wasted too much time at home. "I hope sensei doesn't scold me today. This last time i had to run around the entire village three times. And that still wasn't enough, he's so cruel sometimes". Ren said as he walked over towards his teammates. The wind was blowing and the sun shined bright. But a beautiful day indeed could turn ugly. Ren finally caught up with everyone "Hey sensei sorry I'm late". But before he could say another word, he felt his sensei's hand banged across his head. "what did i do this time? Why is it always me? You never hit them sensei". But Ren knew exactly why he was being scolded again. It was a regular occurrence, but even so Ren always did his best.


Something like that would be fun when we are role playing so please just do it right ok.

This example also explains whats going on. And does not give the feel that the other person is God-modding. Also, just because you see what the other person is going to do. Doesn't mean your character always knows what to do.

Its called realism. If its realism based then more people can have fun with it because they know its god-modding, but know that it could actually happen.
